This weekend (September 23, 24) Chef Rick Tarin will be preparing pan seared giant Diver Scallops from New Bedford, Mass, served with a wild rice pilaf, and sautéed broccoli, resting in a lemon basil cream sauce.
Your special is preceded by a Greek dinner salad.
Our featured appetizer will be a shrimp flat bread with Roma tomato, Greek oregano, red onion, feta & kefalograviera cheeses, in a white balsamic reduction.
